 V+上 --- resultative verb  

     1. Upon, on (but not necessarily in an upwards direction; it emphasizes the result.)

取得is more like you have to work hard to get it, like degree, certification, permissions etc. 

 得到 to get something, for example, you win a prize, get a job offer, receive awards, etc. It’s more like someone gives it to you. 

 受到 being affected or get things that you are not tangible 

 收到 to Receive or get things tangible
