完 (wán) -- result complement

完 (wán) means "to finish" or "complete", which  expresses the idea of doing the verb until you are complete. The structure is Subject + Verb + 完 + Object. For example,

你吃完了吗?Are you done eating?
你为什么不喝完这杯酒?Why are you not drinking up that glass of wine?
我昨天晚上看完了那本书。I finished reading this book yesterday evening.

Please translate the following sentences:
  1. I finished talking.
  2. She has finished writing.
  3. He had done his work today.
  4. You haven't finished eating all of your fruit.
  5. Could we go to play football after you have finished reading?
  6. When can you be done using the computer?
