不得了Bùdéliǎo:extremely

The expression 不得了 (Bùdéliǎo, extremely) often follows the structure "adjective + 得 (de)" to indicate a high degree, in the speaker's judgement, of the attribute signified by the adjective. For example, if one cannot stand the summer heat in a certain place, one can comment on it by saying:
  • 北京的夏天热得不得了。The summer in Beijing is unbearably hot.
  • 长城上的人多得不得了。There was an incredible number of people on the Great Wall.
You must know some people or celebrities that you like or don't like. You may have been to attractive places and repulsive ones. Please share your sentiments about those people and places by using the "adjective + 得 (de) + 不得了" structure.

For example,
可爱-->可爱得不得了:他的儿子可爱得不得了。
